    Responsibilities & Skills:
    • Handle and manage group requests with precision
    • Proactively track clients’ preferences to enhance sales
    • Ensure the implementation of the most cost-effective pricing, fees, and payment policies
    • Possess proficiency in Forth CRS & Liknos ferry ticketing systems
    • Be familiar with Travel Force
    • Efficiently manage and resolve clients’ complaints
    • Proven experience in inbound tourism with a minimum of 5 years of expertise
    • Excellent communication and presentation skills both written and oral in Greek and English
    • Knowledge of French will be an asset
    • Strong negotiation and relationship skills.

    Due to our continuous expansion, we’re seeking for a candidate with at least 5 years of experience in the Corporate – Pharma Department preferably and pre-existing knowledge of travel services and policies.

    The responsibilities include develop and maintain long-term and profitable customers, through excellent customer service as well as to plan and sell air tickets, accommodations, insurance, tours and other travel services.

    The candidate must also be proactive at meeting deadlines and targets, maintain and act upon competitor activity, cooperate with the operation team and the team leader.

    Requirements:
    • Bachelor’s degree in Tourism preferably
    • IATA certification
    • Fluency in Greek and English languages
    • Excellent knowledge of Amadeus GDS, Farelogix and Ferry Reservation Systems
    • Very good knowledge of Travel Force
    • Knowledge of registration procedures in medical sector in Greece and abroad.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

    We are looking for an experienced and passionate travel agent who will provide exceptional customer service and support to our B2B clients by processing booking requests, ticket issuance, reissues, amendments, and cancellations. The successful candidate will be dedicated, experienced, and able to deal with the high volume of requests in a fast-paced environment, combined with exceptionally high levels of customer service expertise and attention to detail in a timely manner.

    Responsibilities:
    • Issue, reissue, refund of airline and ferry tickets for clients’ needs
    • Manage all aspects of ticketing and transportation, through the GDSs or Airlines’ Platforms.
    • Respond promptly to any request maintaining strong service standards.
    • Keep records into the company’s software.
    • Deal with occurring travel problems, cancelation policies, refunds and
    • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, airline regulations, travel policies.
    • Ensure all communication both written and verbal is professional, accurate, and conducted in a timely manner.
    • Able to make bookings for our B2B clients, occasionally.
    Requirements:
    • Minimum 3 years’ experience in consolidation.
    • Very good knowledge of AMADEUS, Galileo, SABRE (at least two)
    • Computer literate with experience of email, MS Office & web-based programs, Panasoft (Travel Force).
    • Graduation diploma, in tourism TEI/IEK at least.
    • Proficiency in English & Greek.
    • IATA Certificate is a plus.
    • Availability of after office hours.
