    Job Description:

    Due to our continuous expansion, we’re seeking for a candidate with at least 10 years of experience in the Incoming / leisure/ΜICE business development field.

    The client-focused candidate must have pre-existing relationship with key leisure players abroad and grow the Incoming department clientele using a consultative selling approach.

    The responsibilities include developing sales, negotiating contract terms and communicating effectively with stakeholders. The candidate must also maintain and expand relationships throughout our existing partners and clientele.

    The process includes attending relevant networking and trade events both in Greece and abroad.

    The candidate must be proactive at meeting deadlines and targets and be able to report, cooperate with the operations team and manage resources adhering to budget.

    The perfect candidate must also have sufficient knowledge of social media and be enthusiastic about maintaining relationship with influencers.

    Job Description:

    We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Corporate Account Executive to join our team, who will be responsible for the creation of tailor-made itineraries for clients, researching destinations, and coordinating all aspects of travel logistics.

    You are welcome and expected to take initiative and create a fully excited clientele to contribute to the company’s growth with your vision, passion, and ideas.

    Responsibilities:
    • Communicate with potential guests to maximize sales opportunities.
    • Develop a personal relationship with clients to assess their needs, budget, and preferences in order to suggest suitable travel packages.
    • Prepare quotations / create travel packages (itinerary creation and revision).
    • Organizing travels from beginning to end: book hotels, tours, transfers / issue ferry and air tickets / provide assistance during clients’ trip.
    • Provide quality customer service and effectively deal with problems or complaints.
    • Enter data into our software and update client and financial files.
    Necessary qualifications:
    • Proven work experience as a Travel agent.
    • Pleasant personality, positive attitude and team spirit, with at least 5 years of experience preferably in a corporate travel department.
    • Effectively manage customers’ domestic and international travel, providing outstanding service.
    • Fluency in English
    • Excellent knowledge of Amadeus & Farelogix Platform airline system
    • Knowledge of Travel Force back office system
    • Knowledge of MS Office applications

    • Very good knowledge of English language

    • Minimum work experience of 5 years
